Can anyone offer a comparison between the Sky Fox & the Benzin (or new Benzin Acrobatic)?? I want to fly 'scale', not 3D, and move to a Airwolf fuselage later on. I'm just looking for pros and cons to each.

I want to put together a small lighting system for my parkflier. I bought a pack of LED's from Miniatronics Corp. It comes with 18 LED's and 18 470 Ohm resistors. The recommended voltage is 3 volts for the LED. It says you can use the resistors to prevent the LED from burning ...

| Hitec mighty mini servos? | 02 Nov 2003 06:16 GMT | 6 |
I am considering using these instead of standards in my .40 P-51 kit. Instead of (4) 311's I will use (4) 225's for a weight savings of 2 oz. For the throttle I will use an HS-81 instead of a 311 which will save an additional ounce. My question is: Is saving 3 ounces going to

Just building ("just", ha!!) the wing of my 81" spitfire and adding the flaps. To say they are a challenge is an understate, ment. Added to the challenge the hibging involves a goodly removal of lovely strength imparting balsa. So, are they damn well worth it? Anyone built a ...

I now have a friend's PT-40 restored and almost ready to fly. I have a problem with the OS 40 engine. I can't keep it going properly. It will start with a little priming, but it's rough idling and sputters and stops. I've tried adjusting the needle valve and the throttle screw, ...

Can anyone comment on the quality and performance of this engine. It seems to be a bargain at $89.99. I'm on a limited budget and am considering installing it in a 4 Star 60. Any suggestions on a reasonably-priced alternate 2 stroke engine would be appreciated. I presently have a ...
