Help a newbie wire in his receiver?19 Dec 2003 01:29 GMT3
I got a GWS GWR-4P  receiver today along with servos for a plane I
bought off of ebay.  I am using a Futaba 6EXA  transmitter, using the
most common signals - throttle, rudder, elevators, and ailerons.
The back of the receiver has " S + - " directly across from 1 set of

pieces that will lead up to instructor lead flight training through a local
club.

Model Size18 Dec 2003 19:05 GMT4
I'm looking into building a scale version of a P40 from technical
drawings.  I would like to fly it with an OS .40 that I already have.

external struts.
Engine Question18 Dec 2003 09:53 GMT4
I have noticed on a couple of my engines that when they initially start
there is slight leakage between the cylinder head and cylinder but it stops
as soon as they get hot. When cold the cylinder head bolts appear to be
tight. Is this just how things are or do I need to do ...
Kudos to Global Hobby Services18 Dec 2003 07:57 GMT2
I accquired a Wattage Crazy 8 second hand through some horse-trading.
The previous owner had buggered up the motor mounts such that they
were not useable.
I looked at the LHS for something to replace them, but found nothing.
