Hitech Flash 4 loosing memory?15 Jan 2004 21:06 GMT4
I got this cheap used Flash 4 to fly my small electrics and parkflyers with,
but the problem is it doesn't save the servo reversing, it seems to save
trim settings though?
(although I'm not really sure on the trim, since I always trim the hardware
'Model Wax'15 Jan 2004 18:03 GMT3
Hi, A few years ago, I bought a product called simply, 'Model wax'. It was
in a small 1oz glass jar with a yellow label, & made by a company in
Chicago. It was brilliant stuff & did just what it said on the label, it
enhanced all painted surfaces & provided a deep gloss finish even ...
Help needed  finding an ARF (manufacturer/importer)15 Jan 2004 15:36 GMT4
I ran across an ad for a 40 size "Bonanza" V tail arf a couple of weeks
before Christmas.  The same site also had a 40 size "Lysander" arf.
Both planes had a wingspan of around 70" and were rated for a 40 - 52 2
stroke.  I  have the distinct impression they were by the same ...

Sullivan filler valves15 Jan 2004 03:23 GMT6
What size fuel lines can you use with this Sullivan filler valve? I
want to use this valve with a K&B.61. I tried medium size fuel lines
which fit the 1/8" probe and tank but is quite small for the filler.
Is there such a thing as a 1/8 to 3/16 adapter? I've been using the
Jr Receiver wont respond15 Jan 2004 02:55 GMT2
Lost the plane in the sun, to late to correct, slammed into a tree. Plane
destroyed.
The receiver was well padded in foam, and could not see any damage. Put the
receiver on the bench, but will only react when turned on, with a slight
Old Futaba FG radios-swap tx module15 Jan 2004 00:40 GMT9
I have 3 gold-stickered FGKs (old gold AM Futaba radios).  I recently broke the
casing on one, and would like to replace it.  I have seen many non-narrowbanded
models on ebay recently.  Can I buy any of the AM FGs (like say a 4-channel
wideband one), swap tx modules, and be good to ...
Starter (trainer) plane15 Jan 2004 00:24 GMT3
While I would like a semi-symmetrical wing, I have found a number
of good trainers.
One surprise: MegaTech's Capital Flyer where you can change the
dihedral brace  of the wing as you progress.

Futaba 9C programming help14 Jan 2004 01:54 GMT6
I just got the Futaba 9CAF to fly my new H9 Ultra Stick 40 with all the
features (Crow, Full length ailerons, etc.).  I've programmed the model
several different ways now and I found something that I want to share to any
other 9C user.  This spreadsheet is an excellent way to track ...

Is my radio transmitter good/legal?13 Jan 2004 19:49 GMT4
I have an Airtronics VG4R FM transmitter. It has a R/CMA AMA gold sticker on
the bottom dated 12/88.  It works fine, but I just want to be sure if it's
ok to use.  Thanks all.
