NiMH trickle charger?10 Jan 2004 15:48 GMT15
I'm after a basic mains-powered trickle charger for an 8-cell, 830mAh
NiMH battery pack. I don't want to spend the earth (only just getting
into the hobby, one model only), just want something which will do the
job with reasonable peak detection.
Futaba FF6 fault caused crash?10 Jan 2004 12:34 GMT5
Some time ago I lost a trainer (ARC Ready 2) when it kept suddenly rolling
left, then recovered until it did it again as I was landing and - splat not
much left. Stripped the components (Jeti single conversion receiver) and tested
them with no problems - I'd put it down to ...

Glue Rant09 Jan 2004 18:46 GMT20
I've had it with CA and Gorilla glue packaging!
I have enough models, and seldom need to build. I still must do routine
maintenance on my models, and glue other things around the shop. When I need
glue, I don't need it tomorrow or next week. I need it _now_.

Giving away my ignorance here, but.

The saga of the Citabria continues.

club trainer08 Jan 2004 23:58 GMT20
I was wondering how most clubs handle their club trainer. Our "past"trainer met
it's demise due to battery failure. I am presently putting another one together
and have taken items donated from club members for the servos, and engine.  The
club bought the trainer new from the LHS. We ...
