Ripmax flight battery connector?08 Jan 2004 21:22 GMT8
Does anyone know what the connectors are which Ripmax use for the 300mAh
NiMH flight battery, as used in the Discoverer (or, at least, where
they can be obtained)?
I find the mains charger which comes with the Discoverer doesn't manage
SX2 Foamie08 Jan 2004 20:57 GMT5
I see that the SX2 is now a production item in the states www.funplanes.com

LT-40 Mods08 Jan 2004 15:26 GMT22
First of  all I need to tell you that I am just starting out with R/C

pouring through dozens of Internet sites reading about possible problems and

V-Tail mixing08 Jan 2004 14:04 GMT1
For you Futaba gurus.....when using v-tail mixing on a 7UAF, is it possible to

Yes, this is true.
I can control "him" with my brain waves and can detach "him" from my
body.
"He" then flies around as a small space-ship and can ascend into the
RCM&E Bootlace plans08 Jan 2004 08:10 GMT8
Is anyone other than me planning to build the above model from the plans in
the Jan issue of RCM&E ?
If so, can anyone tell me where the aileron servo goes?  It doesn't seem to
be in the plans - the linkages just disappear into the middle.

Have a similar question about shops and fields in Sydney, Aus.
Just spent a few days there and had done some homework before hand and

Right thrust checking08 Jan 2004 00:08 GMT2
How is the right thrust of an airplane normally checked ?
My plane has unlimited vertical at just above 1/2 throttle,
but will only go straight up on full throttle, anything less and it
will veer to the left.

Now I would like advice on looking after it - should I run something through
it after each use, etc.?
