I came across a great website once, but can not find it again. It had
all sorts of recommendations for modifications and equipment for small
electric park flier type planes, including the GWS Slow Stick.
If I remember correctly, the site wasn't flashy, but had a ton of easy

I have an FP-T4NBF Tx, running on 72 Mhz, it was purchased in america a
few years ago, i now live in the UK, and am wondering if it can be
changed to the 27 Mhz band, or if not is it legal in the uk?

I have a Kyosho Spree electric 2 channel that I converted over to a 3
channel. I would like to install a nitro engine in her but I would
like to know what size engines would work and be safe ?? What size
nitro engine is equal to the 380 that is installed in the Spree???

I remember reading about foam aeroplanes which are incredibly resilient in
crashes and are virtually indestructable. Are these available in the UK and
are they any good for learning to fly with? I've done a few googles without
succes, and any help will be much appreciated :-)

My YS91AC runs good above half trottle but below it gets mighty rough
down to an idle.  It will actually stop if I let it run at this speed.
At idle it runs OK. All the jets are clean, one way valve is clean, no
leaks, no restructions, new plug, have not touched the regulator

I am thinking of moving into electric helis. Can anyone suggest a good
first time model. Money is an issue so I have been looking at these
cheaper RTF 4ch jobbies, in particular the Aero hawk. Thanks in

No, not on an old Futaba M series transmitter but on my new (3 month old) 7
cell 2400mah pack that I bought from Overlanders. I noticed a bulging in the
neg wire around the top cap forming a couple of weeks ago. Closer
investigation showed the insulation on the black wire breaking ...
