| Was BMFA newsletter | 03 Feb 2004 18:06 GMT | 10 |
I just rered mine with a super critical eye due to previous thread and , you know, we are being harsh. In terms of *content* it's on a par with the rest of the mags...a bit of power, slope, scale, plus indoor, eleccy, helis etc. Much the same as Aeromodeller was.

| Fish tailing | 03 Feb 2004 13:40 GMT | 15 |
What causes a plane to horizontally wiggle (fish tail) when flying under power? The control surfaces are true and slop free and the CG is exactly in the right place with a dry tank. Puzzled

| Ace Digipace 1 operators manual needed | 03 Feb 2004 13:26 GMT | 2 |
Does anyone have a manual on the Ace R/C Digipace 1 charger? A scan would be greatly appreciated. This was purchased at a local swap meet and looks like a pretty decent unit. It has a selectable 50ma/120ma receiver charge rate, a discharge feature with an LED timer readout,

My work may soon be taking me to the Middle East, in the Saudi Arabia, and/or Iraq areas. Is there any R/C flying planes or helis there? What about hobby shops? Mail order shops that serve the area?

| Paralleled batteries, partners? | 03 Feb 2004 03:38 GMT | 23 |
Last night I left my 2 Kokam 11.1 V batteries connected in parallel for about 10 hours. They were brand new and were not put under load. To my surprise, they had the same voltage value when checked, (11.55V). When I first checked them their voltages varied by about

| virtual flying? | 03 Feb 2004 00:55 GMT | 3 |

I pranged my Thunder tigre trainer (MKII) last weekend, and broke the engine mount (nothing else thankfully!). Trouble is, I can't find a replacement engine mount to fit the existing mounting points on the firewall.

| Cloud Dancer ARF | 02 Feb 2004 14:44 GMT | 1 |
Just got a TT Cloud Dancer 40 ARF. It was well packaged and there was no damage. It is all built-up construction covered with UltraCoat. The covering job is excellent. Hinge slots are all cut. I don't think weight is going to be a problem. I haven't weighed the pieces yet, but ...
