How do you compare electric motors to Nitro engines?25 Feb 2004 11:12 GMT6
Is there a comparison of electric motors to the typical RC
aircraft engine?  With the Nitro motor we have .40, .46, .61 and
1.2 (I think).  What would be the equivalent electric motors?

Ok, so every bits covered.
Now all that's left is the attaching of the ailerons to the wings and the

OS 52 Surpass throttle arm question24 Feb 2004 22:42 GMT6
After burying my OS 52 Surpass  inside the engine bay of my Pup, I can't
remember which direction of barrel rotation opens the throttle. (Can't see
the intake with engine in situ)
i.e. looking at the side where the throttle arm is, prop on yer left, head
The Who's Really Out There Revelation24 Feb 2004 19:22 GMT3

On a happier note even though I personally didn't make the list, ...
NiMH trickler?24 Feb 2004 17:21 GMT1
For years, I've been trickle charging my NiCad flight packs by plugging my

day(after a full charge, of course).  This way they're always ready to fly
when I am.  I've recently gotten active again in this hobby ...
