Aero-works Edge 54 good?08 Apr 2004 16:17 GMT1
Hi, I just purchased an Aero-works Edge 540 .46 size arf and was wondering if
anyone has experience with it? They had one hanging in the local hobbyshop and
it sure looked nice. Bought one in the box but don't plan on building it right
away. Any tips? TIA, Dan.
newbie question08 Apr 2004 15:45 GMT5
I have a Futaba 4VF radio that came with an RTF model I bought and totalled
last year.  I'm looking at putting together an ARF for this summer.
Obviously, I will need a receiver and servos.  Do I need to make sure they
are Futaba as well?

Do I need a Servo Synchronizer?06 Apr 2004 22:54 GMT13
I am not flying pattern, just for fun.
Building an airframe with split elevators, one servo for each.
Are the accuracy of servos and their positioning so far off as
to require a synchronizer?
WildHare RC, any comments out there?06 Apr 2004 19:10 GMT3
I am interested in buying from www.wildharerc.com  For that kind of
investment: $399 (although no hardware included), I don't want to buy a
mistake. I am interested in the Extra 300LX. I have a BME 50cc that needs a
home.

Many of my son's dealers for the RCWindjammer are model airplane people.
Many of his customers enjoy both airplanes and remote control surface
sailing and this is why I am taking the liberty of inviting you to see a
short, 2.5 minute .wmf video of some really fast and maneuverable ...

Aileron Questions06 Apr 2004 15:25 GMT4
Are there any aerodynamic advantages of thin cord full length ailerons over
thicker cord tip ailerons? If one were to replace full length ailerons with
tip ailerons should one keep the area the same?
