I have bent 5/32 music wire to shape for landing gear for a 4*40 with
trycycle landing gear. The wire was stiff when bending but after bent
to shape it moves out of shape eaisly. I understand music wire is good
to use,is it good to use for landing gear? I fly on a grass field. I

have a plan for a balsa model, used to used the Balsa cement to tack, and
then PVA to get a better hold.
Any ideas on what's available now, as have not done any of this for
sometime?

Question, what is the correct length to replace new aerial lead on my Futaba
35Mgh receiver.
My original length was approx 1.025m ( 38 inches ) my local modelshop quoted
1 meter.

a 2-servo output gyro on a Zagi for stability. I haven't been able to find
any more information on this experiment and I'd really like to find out if

I built a Sig Riser and powered it with a Norvel Big Mig mounted on a pod.
Although the aircraft reaches a good  height under power, the glide is poor
due I suspect  to the drag of the pod and engine hanging out in the air.
Could someone recommend a similar electric ...

end-to-end soldering of KAN1050s02 Apr 2004 22:54 GMT7
I want to end-to-end solder KAN1050 Nimhs. I know that such soldering
works well for sub-C cells, but I'm wondering if anybody had success
doing it on these cells. I want to make the pack as light as possible
and better fitting in my sailplane. So, is it doable?

I am looking for anyone that has had some experience making large scale
retracts.  I am working on a Mossie and none of the off the shelf items will
fit the bill.  Any advice out there?
