Have just built an aircraft and it was suggested by a club member that I use a Speed 600 for the motor. this I did and it did fly but did not climb very well, so after they had a look at my power pack it was suggested I use a 7 cell 8.4v 2000 Sanyo type.

X347 JR radio Radio shows "back-up fault" when switched on and all memories are gone so I guess it is the back-up battery/cell that has gone duff.Anyone know what size cell, and how to access and change it? TY

Hi - Building my first aileron model,Middle Phase2. I'm having trouble working out how the aileron linkages are connected to the servo and wing. I would normally ask to look at one on the slope but as I broke my foot up there(!) on Saturday I'm on crutches for several weeks.

Hey guys, I am looking for information from as many clubs as possible as to what your clubs maximum engine/prop noise levels are. Our club maximum noise level is 88 dbA @ 7m (~23 feet) over grass. Send me an email or a reply to the group would be great.

I want to scratch build an electric plane with a pusher prop. I was told that I need a special pusher prop, but I can't find any locally. Why is it not good to use a regular prop turned backwards and have the motor reversed in rotation?
