| New radio freq?? | 09 Nov 2004 17:34 GMT | 7 |
I just read in a r/c mag. about a new radio in the 14 mhz band. Did I read it wrong? Is it limited to vy short range? It might be a problem because the 20 meter band if very popular choice for hams. Maybe it was a typo.

Anyone tried a Jett Engineering in-cowl muffler? I would like to try one with an OS91 FX. I have an app where I don't want to hack up the front of the plane and the cowl to make a traditional muffler fit. Their site http://www.jettengineering.com/accy/turbo.html indicates ...

| Thumbs vs. Fingers | 08 Nov 2004 15:40 GMT | 26 |
I learned to fly mode 2 many years ago using thumbs only on the sticks which I suspect is the technique employed by most flyers. However, I'm now considering switching to the index finger and thumb method which requires a Tx tray. I've tried it with a Tx strap but didn't feel ...
