I need hints on getting micafilm to shrink.  I've tried low heat and high, but
it sure doesn't want to tighten up.  Any help?

Do nylon bolts weaken with age? This may sound like a dumb question,
but my old P-40 kit has a couple of nylon bolts for mounting the wing
to the fuselage. While they've never been used, they're 20 years old.
Should I get a new pair?

How do I get it to last?  The last bottle I bought I never even

I am looking to get a plane to start
off my nephew on. he has no flying experience and i do not want to spend
alot of money on his first plane as he will most likely crash it before
to long.

To all: I am looking at buying either a NOS Sig Citabria kit or a Bu
Nosen Citabria; I'm not sure what vintage either kit is.  
Has anyone built or flown either of these airplanes, other than nast
handling on the ground, how well do they fly?  

I just bought a (partial) corsair that has a radar housing in the
starboard wing and am trying to find some history on who might have
manufactured the original kit (it has machine printed part identifier
numbers on the root wing rib and bottom wing sheet).  The seller said
