I need hints on getting micafilm to shrink. I've tried low heat and high, but it sure doesn't want to tighten up. Any help?

If you want to put together an all built-up airplane that has lots of parts that fit well ,try the Estar Decathalon. I havent done that in years(razor blade, before laser cutting). I didnt think that wood could be cut that small and still fit. Laser cut. And it came out square. I ...

Do nylon bolts weaken with age? This may sound like a dumb question, but my old P-40 kit has a couple of nylon bolts for mounting the wing to the fuselage. While they've never been used, they're 20 years old. Should I get a new pair?
