89" Dynaflight Super Decath - comments?03 Jan 2005 01:12 GMT1
I am gathering up everything I need (kit, motor, servos, etc...) to
build an 89" span Super Decathalon.  Interested in any words of wisdom on
the kit and resulting airplane.  This is my first large scale and first gas
burner.  I recently picked up a Fuji Bt-32a very ...
Portable telephone batteries for RC plane03 Jan 2005 00:45 GMT11
I was wondering if there'd be any problem with using a portable phone's
rechargeable battery, if I got one of the same voltage, to power a
small RC plane.  The replacement batteries from the plane manufacturer
are expensive, and phone batteries can come in a much larger capacity

I have a Futaba 138 Dual Conversion receiver that my cat chewed the aerial

Any links to videos please. Preferably landing videos or videos
which include landing. I guess they wouldn't have to be smooth
landings, heheh. Thanks in advance.

short wood kit vs full wood kit01 Jan 2005 21:40 GMT7
ok help!!! I built a top flote kit in the mid '80's in which all components were laser cut and supplied with the kit. I assume that this is a "full wood kit." Can someone please explain what sellers refer to as "short wood" kits?

Anyone make a good blade for fooling around with balsa in a 10 inch?
I've been using a plywood blade for a long time, just wondering if there
is anything better? I'm also looking for some finer tooth jig saw blades
at least 4 inches long

After reading in the Usenet archives, I guess those
(Scout/Outlaw/Commander) are bottom of the line radio controlled
aircraft.
... Do any of those three not fly?
