Kadet Senior: Best Trainer!02 Mar 2005 04:32 GMT13
I got my dad a Kadet Senior for Father's Day and I have been teaching him
how to fly. It is the perfect plane because it is big, flies really slow,
and is very very stable. It uses an OS .46FX with a 12x4 and we only need to
fly at 50% throttle and it can stay up the the air for a ...

Aluminium Welding02 Mar 2005 00:57 GMT12
Does anyone have any experience with any form of aluminium soldering or
welding techniques that you can carry out at home? If so what products did
you use, where did you get it from and how successful were you.
Many Thanks
un dead stickable models?02 Mar 2005 00:19 GMT30
I was goofing off with FMS and trying to do a deadstick landing with the
bf109.  I couldn't do it with out registering a crash, couldn't get up
enough speed in a dive to flare.  Is this a glitch or are there planes that
are destined to get bent up if the engine quits?

m/s flight sims for a couple of decades.  Real ...

Picked up an unknown bipe at local sale...01 Mar 2005 04:44 GMT6
I picked up a 60 size bipe for very little money recently, but I have
no idea what it is.
It looks almost EXACTLY like a Skybolt, except of just one cockpit, it
has two (kind of like a Stearman). I also has a full fiberglass fuselage.

Hi guys!  Since AOL dropped the Newsgroups, I've been bouncing around
from place to place, trying to find a good, easy way to read and reply
to the R/C Groups.  What do y'all recommend and use?  TIA!
