They just sent me a dvd video on a preview status and if I decided to
keep it would have to pay $9.00 for it.
But according to www.usps.com/websites/depart/inspect/merch.htm I don't
have to pay for any items sent to me without my consent. I did not order

Suggestions ???22 May 2005 19:50 GMT10
It's been along time since I have payed any attention to RC Planes, I've
only flown a couple and never have owned my own.
I would like to get into it some with a gas motored plane and a decent radio
so I don't have to buy new equipment down the road again.
External charge connector22 May 2005 17:06 GMT5
Greetings fellow flyers -
I have a trainer with a 4.8V receiver batt connected directly to the
receiver. It works, but I have seen people at the flying field charging
their receiver batts between flights with an external connector. What do
Which fast charger???22 May 2005 12:13 GMT1
Hay guys:
I am returning to the hobby after a long absence. I need a rapid
charger that works off AC and will charge TX and RX packs as well as a
power pack for an electric sailplane. I need it to do everything

Un-stoppable West V121 May 2005 20:33 GMT5
Have a West 50 in my Magnum with the irritating problem that it will not cut
from the transmitter.
Nowt to do with ATV's etc as the Carb barrel will rotate fully to the point
that the stop screw hits on the end of the spiral slot but still it runs.
Out and at it !21 May 2005 19:32 GMT9
Went flying on the moor again on Sunday. Driving up the narrow
access road I spotted a big white van higher up the track (yep,
white van man gets everywhere !).
Was it someone going up with some large gliders  ?
Crazy people21 May 2005 16:05 GMT2
Some people are just plain crazy..or not caring about others..for at
every chance they jump up on the "Are you saved?" bandwagon and beat
us all to death with it.  Hopefully some or more of these types will
read this and if possible (they usually dont listen) they will
Whats a better show than Sandown21 May 2005 13:27 GMT20
Just read the other thread about Sandown 2 questions
if your buying what's the best show to go to
and if you want to watch a decent flying display which one to go to
showing my age now I used to love going to Sywell  expo's of the 1980's bit
Any IFO pilots out there?21 May 2005 13:04 GMT2
Just purchased a mini (not yet arrived) and was wondering if any discussion
groups existed.  Flight pack choices, batteries, the like.
Thanks
Mark
BMFA News21 May 2005 08:43 GMT9
Probably one of the most important events for years, concerning the vast
majority of BMFA members, happened when Flair went into liquidation.
I bet all of the UK pilots on this group (unless they stated the sport this
month!) know of Flair and many, many had/have a Flair aircraft.
Why do they fly?21 May 2005 00:26 GMT3
"They're all fire and wings -- why do they fly"?
Question on a board titled "what do you want to know about airplanes" at
my son's kindergarten.

Sandown time again!20 May 2005 22:00 GMT4
Well folks, just a few more days until Sandown, anybody going?
I know a lot of people slate it for one reason or another, but I went
for the first time last year so have no prior experience of it, and I
enjoyed it for what it is.
