Hi there,  Forgive me if I make a faux-pas, but it's been a while since I

After sorting out  the aileron problems ( see earlier post) on a Flair
Extra 300S 140 we took it for a flight tonight. Control problems gone
completely so advice given certainly worked! Came in for what appeared
to be a good landing and it broke it's back! Have had a very good look

Can you believe it? First flight, slight crash. Nothing obvious broken.
However motor won't go. Look inside, the black wire is off the circuit
board. Great.
Now that must of been soldered on well in China!

I augured in yesterday - too low & slow for gusty conditions.
Anyhow, I got a snootfull of mud in the venturi so today spent
dissembling & cleaning.
I haven't dissembled the crankshaft or connecting rod but the head is

Flew my Lazer arrow on tuesday no probs but today the 46 didnt wanna go

I have a Skyline 30 (30 amp) speed controller, which is mfg by SJ
PRopo.  According to the info sheets supplied with this controller it
has a low battery cutoff, and is suitable for an input voltage of 5 to
10 cells (their phrasing, not mine).

Son flew his Flair Extra 300S 140 last weekend and one of the ailerons
decided tp part company over a massive pea field! Never found it
despite spending 5 hours looking! OK so I made a replacement out of
solid balsa, same size and same weight. Decided to replace the hinges
