I am trying to make a 3 dimensional structure using fiberglass
techniques.
However, I am wondering if there is alternative to using the glass
fibers. I do not need extreme strength.. this will be a display item

I want to get a Parkzone Stryker and may want to repaint it, what kind of
paint can I use that comes in a compressed air can (spray paint) that won't
ruin the foam?

Anyone know a charger available in UK which will charge 8 cell packs
from a DC source. I can get loads which are both AC and DC BUT they
will only charge 7 cell packs from the DC input, got to be AC in to
charge 8 cell!

The stock muffler for the G23 is just too big for the 1/4 scale cub
cowl. Any suggestions on a more suitable muffler???

Is 900 mHz legal in the USA for RC??31 Jul 2005 20:31 GMT14
I just got from a Canadian company an RC transmitter and receiver that
uses 900mHz.  It works OK, but the thought occurred to me that I dont
even know if 900mHz is legal in the USA.  Anyone know? Thanks. RD2

Maiden flight today of my Hobbico Twinstar. Saito .30FS engines.
Near disaster. Spent some time syncing up the engines, should have refilled
the tanks. Ran the left engine longer than the right, left tank ran dry
during a loop. I have no idea how I got that sucker back into shape ...

I wrote off my Cap232 this morning.  My right elevator came loose-
resulting in complete loss of control.  Part of me wants to bin the
remainder and part wants to rebuild. What is the best way to remove the
film covering so I can see whether there is a salvage prospect?

I have a constant chord bipe that I inherited from another club member and I
need to calculate C of G. All the calculators I can find deal only with
monoplanes and have no information concerning the balancing of bipes. Any
help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Any one going to Hastings this weekend - it may not be the biggest show of
the calendar but it always seems to have a friendly atmosphere and a Bring &
Buy with much more realistic prices than North Weald !
