Anyone have any suggestions on what engine I can use to power my somethin'

ferrite rings or beads17 Jul 2005 10:22 GMT2
Can anyone recommend a part number and UK source for ferrite rings or beads
suitable for servo leads?  I can find some on Maplins site but the
specification table is so badly formatted that I can't figure out which ones
are OK for our small gauge servo wires.

Cutting Covering off a plane15 Jul 2005 20:26 GMT8
I have an ARF that I need to trim some covering off to install the tail

underneath.  I've read that this is nearly impossible to do.  Are there
any tricks to cutting the covering without slicing up the balsa, or ...

For what it's worth...I just received a couple of the 8 and 6 channel

X-Peak 3 Field Charger13 Jul 2005 18:51 GMT2
I'm a relative newcomer to flying, only started last year.  I bought
the X-Peak 3 field charger which I believe is a badged version of the

My father recently had a pacemaker implanted in his chest and he is upset
that he may have to give up his beloved hobby. I know it probably depends on

if someone could give me some general info or tell me ...
