Ohio RC 10-300 bipe02 Aug 2005 20:09 GMT5
Ohio RC is dead and gone is it not?
Did anyone pick the kit line up?
I'm in need of wing kits and a set of the cabine struts.   Mine are a bit,
well OK, a lot bent!  :(   The fuse, at first glance, looks not to bad.
re: Scale Plans02 Aug 2005 17:36 GMT1
Yes, there are still a few of us old timers out here that build from

Post what you have and I'll bet you can get some replies.  I'm always
looking for plans.
Twin Jet problems!02 Aug 2005 11:53 GMT29
Just bought one of these complete with 2 400 motors. Built fine and
fitted a 3000mh Nimh 9.6 pack and a 35A ESC. Problem is that it just
won't get into the air! Simply flies in a downward direction and land
about 20 feet away. Obviously I'm doing something wrong but any ideas?
Stryker F-2702 Aug 2005 06:50 GMT18
I got my son one of these for Christmas on the advice of my LHS. All I

it flew great!! No problem handling the wind at all. It isn't very
aerobatic but it is good enough to just punch some holes in the sky ...

Dave Brown sounds off on gays in aeromodelling01 Aug 2005 18:50 GMT18
In the latest issue of Model Aviation Mr. Brown states the following:
"We have some ideas about how to approach this problem, but it will
take time. In the meantime, it would be helpful if the aeromodeling
community were to lay low on this subject. The last thing we need is

They just might not receive my $58 renewal fee come this December...

Scale plans01 Aug 2005 07:52 GMT3
Hi,Ho
My father passed away several years ago but I just now ran across quite
a few model plans.  I have not gone thru all of yet.  My question is do
RC'ers still build from scratch or is it all kit building now a days??
Frequency Checker01 Aug 2005 05:10 GMT4
Is this important to have or will I be ok to fly w/o it, I don't frequent
areas with other flyers in them.

I'm fuel-proofing the styrofoam wing for my Duraplane-40 using epoxy.
Geez what a long process. Takes overnight to dry, sand at least the
edges, then do the other side.
