fun with 20 years ago with a 1.49.  I started telling my lad how you stop
the firing of a fixed carb motor with a c/l fuel tank in an ...

Dieseling09 Sep 2005 13:40 GMT14
I have wanted a small diesel for some time to stick on a power pod.
I fancied the idea of only needing to take a small tin of fuel onto
the hills and not have to bother with glow battery, glow clip, spare
plugs,etc.

Academy Flyers08 Sep 2005 22:54 GMT2
I've seen a taped Discovery programme about some R/C stuff. In this clip
there was a gentleman called Roy and he is/ was part of a group of 10 or so
enthusiasts busy building a Vulcan bomber powered by 4 ram jet engines -
quite a huge craft. The clip also showed some other members ...

BIG non-scale Airplanes06 Sep 2005 20:48 GMT28
I would like to get some interest stirred up in the old BIG NON-SCALE
planes of yesteryear. It seems that everything is headed to small park
and backyard planes today.  I too, have park flyers and enjoy them very
much, but long for some BIG NON-SCALE action.

Charging batteries from the car voltage06 Sep 2005 16:48 GMT4

volts.  It was also noted in the maintenance group that car ...
