I've seen a number of people mention that they have converted their rubber band wings to bolt-on wings. I would love to do so that I can stop retrimming the model every time I put it together and because I think it just looks a whole lot cleaner.

EXHAUST MOUNTING ADVICE PLEASE????? The aluminium exhaust on my Zenoah 23 fell off this afternoon despite the bolts being checked for tightness (its a brand new exhaust). Thankfully it was retained by the smoke pipe!!

It seems that all the ball links I buy are always way too tight. I end up locking them in my drill press and dressing them with emery cloth before I can use them. Any one else have this problem? What is your approach? Gord Schindler
