| TOWER HOBBIES SERVICE SUCKS! | 13 Dec 2005 03:33 GMT | 42 |
I recently received a kit that had erroneous build information in the manual (an ARF from Model Tech). The data caused me to ruin the wing mounting plate in the fuze rendering it useless without major rebuild and covering. I called Tower and they told me they could do nothing, I ...

| Where is Akimoto? | 11 Dec 2005 15:50 GMT | 16 |
Where is Mr.A hiding out anyhow? Around here, he's become the high point of reading the NG, and it's always a letdown when he don't show up. It's just like reading the newspaper, the high point being the editorial cartoons and Zippy The Pinhead.

| Epoxy vs Polyester Resin | 09 Dec 2005 18:50 GMT | 19 |
Just a quick request to the guru's really.... How do I determine which resin (Epoxy or Polyester) has been used in laminating up a fibreglass structure? I think I'm right in saying that the two aren't compatible - i.e. one won't stick successfully to the other when

| WTB: Martian Spaceship | 09 Dec 2005 09:37 GMT | 1 |
I am looking to purchase a R/C Martian Spaceship. I believe it was a RCM plan back in the late 70s, but the blimp-like airfoil dates from the 1930s. If you know of one that is available for sale please let me know.
