I have been out of the hobby for a year or so and, to get my
motivation going again, I am currently building a small foam electric
model (Miss Hanger One). On MH1 the foam control surfaces are merely
sanded at 45degrees and hinged using "Dubro electric flyer hinge

I hope someone can please give me some guidance.  I am a young flyer
but have been semi-active for about 3 years.  I have a Tower Trainer 40

Hi after the first fly of my pitts special with one of the cheap £20
brushless sets from al's models ,its to underpowered I have tried the
recommended 10X4.7 and 9X4.7 and a 9X3.8 apc slow fly props, with the
current setup its just over 400 grams with an 1800mah LiPo 11.1v pack

I just noticed on the British Ripmax site that the newest Irvine engines
are now made by OS.  Did OS buy Irvine, or have they farmed out
production to Japan?  In this day of farming out darned near everything
