True comparison between 2 and 4 stroke engines?30 Sep 2006 20:13 GMT14
I'm looking for a 4-stroke with a similar power to my SC46A 2-stroke
and I'm confused.  J Perkins quotes the power output of the SC46A at
(kW) - 1.18/16,500.  (BTW I don't know what the 16,500 means.  It
can't be rpm as the engine only goes up to 12,800 rpm).

Mufflers for Super Tigre .2529 Sep 2006 06:23 GMT9
With these little buggers going for ridiculous prices,
it seems that someone would manufacture a small run of them....
(I wish they would.  I have a couple of .25s that could use stock mufflers)
See eBay item #330028802572, current bid at $46.00!!
RD800028 Sep 2006 22:24 GMT1
If there is anyone out there that owns an Airtronics RD8000, would you
kindly let me know where the serial number
is. I am trying to fill out the warranty card and it asks for the SN #, but
I cannot find it. Has anyone else found this problem?

Anybody have a used copy of RealFlight, either G2 or G3, that they'd like to
part with at a reasonable price?
Thanks,

Charging 6V packs28 Sep 2006 16:14 GMT16
A buddy just gave me a couple of 6V NiMH receiver flight packs.
Is there an inexpensive wall type charger available for these packs or do I
need something like an Accu-Cycle for them?

Suggestions for a prop size on smaller sized pattern ship.26 Sep 2006 14:01 GMT1
The model is an Fascination-50 pattern ship. for those who do not know it.
It is vertually a clone of the Venus 40.
I built it for practising the sportsman and standard schedules. Now my Venus
40 whichis fitted with an ASP65 FS seems to be best on a master Prop sized
Tx-Rx Ni Cd recharging/Good Practice?26 Sep 2006 09:27 GMT6
Back at base I leave  both switched on for about 60 minutes to drain a
little, then using a simple  2 pin Hitec  Tx-Rx charger , charge for not
