I'm looking for an rc airplane for a present. I would prefer to buy a
3-channel plane but nothing too expensive. I am considering the
firebird freedom; it has this "anti-crash" technology and I'm not sure
how reliable it is. Any suggestions?

I have a question about fabric covering, for those of you who have
experience in such matters.  This isn't about model airplanes, but I
can't think of anybody who would know more about this topic than model
airplane builders.

Ripmax website says engine range is 46-53, instructions say
53-61.......

I own a Great Planes Spirit of St. Louis Park Flyer. Due to a recent
crash, the propeller shaft that connects to the pinion gear broke in 2.
Any way I can buy just the shaft or the shaft+gear soon. (GPMG0261)
It's out of stock at Tower Hobbies and probably won't be in until early

I have 2 props with the ID mark PCDNY.., about 20yr old,,,adjustable 2
pitch.,,one  8 in ,,one 9in....8in dia.& 9in. dia.,,scale like
blades,,plastic like material blades,metal hubs....Anyone have clue as
to the ID ??

OK.... so  don't use CA HINGES...  I have a  new .40 twist and a funtana 90S to build...09 Sep 2006 04:51 GMT20
 I wanted to ask...  since CA hinges are not as gooad as other
hinges.. what should i use?  I am building(assembling) a .40 twist and
a funtana90S  both ARF'S..  WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD SOLUTION?

I've just bought a Flair Puppeteer Mk2 kit, which I am hoping to build
over the winter.  I don't have an engine yet, so I thought I could
