on Sale from Aldi stores from Sunday is a 2KW hot air gun at £6.99.
I use mine all the time for heat shrinking solarfilm.
However I paid nearly 4 times as much, for mine!
very effective if used with great care from 6/8 inches away.

Here I was hoping to test my recently built Impala. A quick run up to
the local beach scotched that idea. It was a strong wind... the sort
that gets you yearning for the return of mini-skirts    >:-)
The reliable old Flair Heron was taken instead as this has proved itself

I just received the beta version of the new TME Xtrema Lithium
Charger/Wattmeter.  It allows you to set the charge cut off voltage to 3.6
volts/cell for A123 M1 packs. I've only had it on the bench for an hour so
can't tell you much more.
