using a cline regulator on a Saito 180. Has anyone else had the same

Diesels available in U.S.30 Oct 2006 06:27 GMT6
I am looking for purpose-built diesel engines in the .40 to .70 size
range.  I am trying to avoid conversions, and would prefer to avoid
PAW's (don't like their silencer arrangement or prop attachment
arrangement).

a flying weight of 12 oz.  With the camera, transmitter & nicad to power the

Is there a chart or web-site  or any way to match EP components to a plane?

first "flight" battery hell28 Oct 2006 02:11 GMT4
I took my new HoneyBee CP2 for its first "flight" in a square on
the ground as recommended by Radd's school of flight. I followed
the instructions in the manual, saying:
"It is recommended that you completely discharge the battery during the

Krylon crystal clear 1301 Acrylic Coating26 Oct 2006 23:56 GMT10

spray cans has anyone come up with bulk item in pints or quarts that
can be thinned and used in an airbrush.  Is there a substitute
for spray krylon that one can use in his own spray equipment.   I am
??? before first attempt26 Oct 2006 23:05 GMT7
I'm about ready to try trying to operate a CP2 a little bit for the first
time, beginning with trying not to wreck it in a one foot square on the
ground. Before making an attempt there are some questions I hope
people can help me with.
Is it possible to connect the second battery pack to Futaba r127df receiver?25 Oct 2006 20:32 GMT6
One battery pack is connected straight to receiver's battery slot. I
thinking if it possible to connect second battery to the receiver (and
how to do it).

Kaos rudder/elevator problem?24 Oct 2006 22:07 GMT11
I'm building a Tower Hobbies 'Kaos' and I'm not satisfied with the way the
rudder and elevator are fastened to the fuselage. The two pieces are
interlocked together but the assembly just sits (glued) on the top, rear
surface of the fuselage with no bracing.

Batteries, old and new23 Oct 2006 23:12 GMT11
I have an idea. I am presently using 3 battery packs of 3S, Li Polies.
Each was used separately to fly  small planes (about 20 oz.) for about
25 - 30 minutes.
The idea is to connect the 3 packs in parallel to make a pack that
