Hello all. Is it easy (diy) to change a Futaba 6 from mode 1 to mode 2 ?
Any pointers to websites or tutorials would be most welcome.
Cheers,  Dave.
RCV Engines23 Oct 2006 15:53 GMT2
As far as I know, we don't see many of the RCV SP model engines here in the
US. They are sold at various hobby shops here, but I don't think there are
many in use in my area. They look interesting (and somewhat expensive), but
do they enjoy a good reputation in Europe or in the ...
A question about covering....Caution: N00b!!!23 Oct 2006 15:39 GMT6
As fellow R/C Aviation enthusiasts, I'm hoping that you will be able to
help with my following quandary.
I bought an ARTF Seagull 'Boomerang' trainer some time ago, and enjoyed
a number of successful training flights with my instructor. However,

Good Morning,
Does anyone know the quick answer as to why the 72Mhz band starts at Ch 11.
I have several guesses but would like to know the true skinny. Maybe a
pointer to a web site/article would help.

I'm just starting to get interested in RC models, and I was wondering
what is the cheapest trainer with the best flying capabilities
(stability, control) that I could get, crash, rebuild and fly again?

I'm searching for a RCModeler plan of the "SEAGULL III (Amphibious
Flying Boat)". From RCM 10-92.
It would have to be shipped to France and could be in a used state (but
useable).

Extra 300 AWARC  questions18 Oct 2006 03:04 GMT12
I picked up this gem Saturday and it has been started.  I have NO paperwork,
box, or ideas who's plane it is, however I do have a couple of questions.
The plane has a 62 inch built up wing and the tail feathers look like
sheeted structure.  The wing fits very well.  The cowl is ...
RC-USB Interface17 Oct 2006 20:46 GMT2
After such an overwhelming response to my Flight sim question, I thought I
would ask another.
Most of the flight sims on the market do not come with a USB type TX. This
is a problem for me as none of my transmitters have a trainer port to plug
Lanier Pro Cub Profile17 Oct 2006 05:51 GMT5
Got one of these last month. All laser cut. Beautiful kit and even has
plenty of extra wood. Less than 40 bucks from
http://www.mecoa.com/modelerdirect/. Builds like a breeze and what a
blast to fly. I put a .52 4 stroke on it and it's more than enough. A
Which is the best RC Flight Simulator17 Oct 2006 00:33 GMT13
I am looking at purchasing an RC Flight Sim (figure it's cheaper option to
get the basics down).
In everyone's expert opinion, which is the best RC Flight Sim and why?
If I am going to part with some hard earned coin, want to be informed.
JP EDF Tiger Shark - Opinions?16 Oct 2006 23:58 GMT2
I'm quite tempted by one of these purely from watching this video;

For a hundred quid (UKP) including the brushless motor, esc & fan it looks
like a
