How do I mount skis?19 Nov 2006 05:27 GMT2
I bought a set of three Dubro skis for my trainer from someone on eBay. I
actually got two sets; one of them was a wooden set that I may or may not
use. I intend to mount the Dubros first, but I'm not sure how to do it,
since they didn't come with much mounting hardware. Each ski ...
measuring Engine RPM in the air18 Nov 2006 13:50 GMT37

frequency of the noise it makes (beware of doppler effect) with a
frequency counter. If one isn't handy, one could record the sound and
look at it with any number of programs on a PC. Plenty of DIY kits and

I am planning to buy a Senior Telemaster this winter and I don't want to

anyone put ski's on one? If so, did you make them or buy them and where

Hello everyone, I'm a researcher at Taylor University and was hoping
for some advice from RC airplane experts about the best choice for a
plane to convert into an autonomous plane. We believe we want something
in a glow engine trainer, something stable and easy to fly, with as few

Electrifly charging problem14 Nov 2006 17:07 GMT5
I have a few Electrifly batteries and have 2 different lipo chargers
for them, an Electrifly and a Hobbico.  I noticed on one of the
batteries that I just got that it will charge for awhile (15 min) and
then the charger will start beeping and giving me the error that there
Buddy Box14 Nov 2006 10:56 GMT3
If I'm working on a buddy cord, does the slave transmitter get its power
from the master?  Or do I need to charge the battery on both transmitters?
I know to keep the power on the slave off.

responses.
As I was preparing to renew my AMA membership, I received the following

Behotec turbines13 Nov 2006 04:38 GMT12
Hello all, I have a Behotec J66 turbine, which has suffered a crash that has
destroyed all of the electronics, i.e. the ecu, both gas & fuel valves, the
IO expansion boards etc, everything that makes it function. Apart from a few
superficial dents, the turbine seems to have ...
