old monokote10 Mar 2007 03:26 GMT13
I am working on a super cub, and have been off and on for 3 years. I put the
3 y/o monkote on the wing and it doesn't seem to be shrinking well..
Does monokote lose it's shrinking ability as it gets old?

Epoxy and wood glue questions10 Mar 2007 03:19 GMT17
Can you use wood glue to glue a piece of epoxied wood to wood? I'm guessing
not because the wood glue will neither absorb into nor stick well to the
epoxied surfaces. I'm asking this because I use epoxy on a few critical
joints, such as engine mounts and landing gear mounts. As a ...
Optical Rev Counter09 Mar 2007 18:56 GMT3
I been given an electronic project to make an optical rev counter
for a RC airplane.  If anyone has any experience with makeing one i'd
really appreciate any help or links to information or schematics.
I really can't seem to find any information about this on the net.
undercrart on a Me21009 Mar 2007 05:18 GMT3
I have a half-decent plan for a Me210A-1 which I would like to build
later on this year but it really needs retracts and this is where I have
the problem, the Me210 doesnt have space for a straight-forward
undercarriage and as the leg swings backwards up into the wing the wheel
War Bird ARF's09 Mar 2007 03:03 GMT3
Last fall I went on a trip and wound up helping a modeler generate some
cash.  I purchased 2 or 3 not completed models in various conditions.  The
prices were good and the models will be good fits to my collection.
There seems to be 2 problems.  One of the birds appears to be a 60 ...

Mine just arrived from Hungary. It cost $275 delivered, brand new in a plain
box.
Never thought I would own one of these monsters. Now I have a suitable
powerplant for my CMP CAP 232.
Another fuel tank question replies welcomed07 Mar 2007 18:30 GMT6
What do you guys generally use for a fuel plumbing system for a standard
non-pumped engine.
I was thinkg along the simple is best line and going for a 2 line system and
just unhook the carb to fill (better than the valve which could go wrong)

Any source for "RC Planemaster" RC sim?06 Mar 2007 06:34 GMT4
Howdy!
I saw a reasonable review of a low-price simulator, but I'm struggling to
find a way of buying it. (Loads of ways of buying the more expensive
product from the same company...)

Which is easier, Compufoil or Winfoil?04 Mar 2007 21:25 GMT10
Being a bit stupid when it comes to computer programs - and a few other
ways too, for that matter- I need to know which of the two above
programs is easier for an idiot to use.  I'm getting tired of drawing
out tapered wing ribs on graph paper!
Engine size04 Mar 2007 20:36 GMT1
Am finishing a scratch built PT 19. Wing span is 89", weight about 22 lbs. I
am going to use a G 38 gas engine. Will this be big enough ?
