I'm repairing the wing on a cheap electric park flyer.  It looks like it has
a shrink plastic covering on foam, so I bought a roll of Topflite monokote.
then after reading the directions and looking at the website about the heat
tools, I'm starting to think that the heat is going ...

Why do model makers pay such ridiculous prices for Futaba stuff on eBay?
it may be good quality but most of it is made in the same Chinese
factories as JR and many other much cheaper brand names, the days when
Chinese stuff was junk are long gone and their electronics equipment is

I sure have search many of the rc hobby sites and have not been able
to find a hobby dealer on line who carries aluminum over the shoulder
harnesses for holding a rc radio.  I have seen people with them.  I
have M.S and a neck strap helps but one of these harness units that I

I had decided to go with 12 volts running sets of 3 LEDs with 68 ohm
resistors, but then I found an old transmitter battery and an old
receiver battery lying around in my basement.  I thought it would be a

Does anyone know what solder and flux is used on these 2200mah 3s packs as I
am having one hell of a problem soldering the tabs?
thay look like stainless steel but nothing I have will solder to them i have
tryed stainless steel flux but still no luck.

ordinary silicon or rubber bungee stuff but cant find 1/4'' latex

I'm building a Whimpy for dusk and night flying.  The plan is to install
a bunch of LEDs on the inside so the whole plane will light up like a
light bulb.  I saw a Telemaster set up this way, and the effect was very
cool.

Battery will not take a charge, and I need help figuring out whether
