| MI5 Nonsense- Isn't this group moderated? | 22 Aug 2007 17:05 GMT | 2 |
Whats with all this rhetoric on MI5? Last I heard they didn't belong to the AMA or even know what an RC plane was. Lets get rid of all this crap and back to flying. I thought we had a moderator but I guess not. Anyone want to volunteer?

| servo reversal Y lead | 22 Aug 2007 12:49 GMT | 12 |
I want the 2 elevator servos on my model to operate in opposite directions using a Y lead. Is it just a matter of reversing the + and - wires on one side of the Y lead, or is it more than that?

| ACE Digipace 3 schematic | 22 Aug 2007 07:07 GMT | 3 |
Been asking everywhere I can think of for a diagram for the subject charger/cycler. So far no good source. The factory site said that they were not available! Can you believe that stuff? Surely someone has one that I can use to repair a friend's charger. Any leads?

| Venture 60 build: Gluing trailing edge top sheet | 22 Aug 2007 01:45 GMT | 7 |
I continue to be stunned by how much finesse and technique has drained from my brain. This feels like a first build! I'm working on the right-wing and need to glue on the top trailing edge sheet (1.5" wide). How do I do this? The config is such that I

| Eneloop batteries | 21 Aug 2007 00:57 GMT | 3 |
This question is for Red Schofield (sp?). On RCGroups, a fellow keeps stating that Eneloop batteries are fine for transmitters, but would be bad for receiver packs because the internal resistance of the cells is 25 milliohms. I can't get him to explain why he

| Wheel brake? | 20 Aug 2007 23:34 GMT | 6 |
Does anyone know of a source for RC wheel brakes, or construction drawings? I know there are high-priced brakes available for the jet market, but I'm looking for something suitable for a .60 sport model. Thanks...

| Electric motor shaft-clampy thing | 20 Aug 2007 11:21 GMT | 7 |
Where can I buy the piece that clamps onto the motor shaft to allow you do attach gears, propellers, and the like? I don't know quite how to explain it. Just the bit that interfaces the bare motor shaft to the rest of the drivetrain.

| What is best simulator | 20 Aug 2007 05:53 GMT | 4 |
I am looking to purchase a flight simulator to practice pattern/aerobatics as well as to learn to fly a helicopter. Have been a fixed wing pilot for about 20 years. Have looked at FSONE, RealFlight and Aerofly but realize that there are

| Standby charging | 20 Aug 2007 00:02 GMT | 12 |
I am terrible at planning when to go fly, and the weather these days make it even more difficult to top up the batteries at the right time. Leaving them on constant current charging all the time does not feel right.

| Good Electric ARF for Windy Conditions? | 18 Aug 2007 09:28 GMT | 13 |
I took the glider out for a fly yesterday (along with a new Vulcan that turned out to have a bad radio, alas, but a wonderful Ebay seller is actually refunding my purchase price, and I get to keep the plane for parts), but the Weather Channel was a bit off about conditions. It ...
