What is the best way to loosen up the head bolts on a cylinder head on an O.S. 40 engine? I tried a gentle turning with an allen wrench and the bolts are on pretty solid. What would be the way to loosen the bolts? Thanks

| new place to fly in Springfield, MO | 13 Oct 2007 15:27 GMT | 7 |
Now that I've lived in my new home in the country for a month I figured it was time to find a place to fly airplanes. Not being much of a club joiner, I decided to try out the freshly baled hayfield about 50 yards down the road. Although the grass is nice and short, ...

Again, I've got too much stuff and somethings just have to go. Never mounted, never propped and certainly never ran. All of the engines on rec.models.rc.air that I have listed are being sold "as-is". There is nothing wrong with them as they are within a year or so of being shipped ...

| Why This Group is Moribund | 05 Oct 2007 10:01 GMT | 75 |
No sharing of actual experiences flying, little talk of whole planes and how they perform. Mainly it's just discussion of repairs and modifications, punctuated by arguments about things like glue toxicity. Is this what you folks want...? I'm a rank newbie, and I get the feeling
