I am building a field box that will include a 7 ah gel
battery, Triton Jr. charger, and a Hobico power panel.  I
will be using it for charging battery packs both at home and
in the field.  I use a car charger at home to charge the gel

any cheap UK source of mounting kits for servos, with out paying the
same price as a servo? arms not needed just the grommets and screws and
the little brass eyelets?

I'm starting to post some building how-to articles.  The latest is about
a Q-Tee with a Cox product engine and remote tank for longer running.
Right now I'm building an RCM Basic Trainer (which is a really great

is motor calc the only way to get prop battery motors set up, or is
there a way of estimating power from say a 1000kv motor on 11.1v pulling
200w on a 11*6 prop how much difference in power used a 12*6 would make
or going to 14.8v ETC

The question is as per the title - can anyone tell me where I can get hold of an
M3 metal clevis with a left hand thread ?  Reason is to use turnbuckle style
control rods.  I do already know where I can get plastic ones that could
self-tap onto the LH Thread but would prefer all ...

I soloed this past summer and have a few flights on a Tiger 60.  I can
fly my trainer inverted, do loops, immelmans, cuban 8s, aileron rolls,
etc.  I am looking to try to learn IMAC type aerobatics and plan to
start with the Tiger.  My question is regarding using a sim (RF G3.5)

I two 3S3P lipoly batteries that were purchased over a year ago. They
have never been charged.
I would like to know if they need to be charged to capacity, then
check them once in awhile to see if their voltage have dropped below

After some observation it has become clear to me that eBay winning bid
values on r/c hobby equipment don't seem to be particularly competitive
with new values from online vendors.  Savings are rarely more that 5-10%
it seems, but the buyer has traded a slight savings for the ...

  Snow is deep, but was just digging thru some old stuff in the
