The BMFA recommends using a black peg on 2.4GHz Tx aerial. Does anyone really know what effect this has on the efficiency of the Tx aerial? Given the short wavelength I would have thought the coil spring of a peg

After close to 400 genuine flight hours over 5 years, and numerous patches, my Boomerang 40 trainer finally destroyed itself. Despite all the pre-flight ground and range checks the aileron servo failed on take off. The RX is damaged so it's hard to tell what the cause was beyond ...

I don't know if there is an already established "standard"..but.....after having to trace the wires back a couple of times, I finally coded all of my leads as follows RED = Rudder (Red/Rudder..simple to remember)

I flew my Super Skybolt(GP) today. It has a Zenoah 20ei on it. It ran better today than it ever has, thanks to some one on one with one of the old hands at gas(petrol) engines.(thanks Charles) It's a heavy plane and I bet it could fly scale like if I could fly scale like. ...
