Carbon fiber material for plane construction. Where?05 Mar 2009 17:35 GMT2
Could somebody give me recommendations for an online (or offline) source of
rods/sheets and beams of this material.
Also, why is this stuff so expensive? Is it the carbon fiber of the
impregnated epoxy that cost so much?
Servo selector guides?05 Mar 2009 13:38 GMT3
This is related to my last post, in the second-worst possible way.

Magnum/ASP/SC 80 & 91 four strokes05 Mar 2009 00:32 GMT15
Sorry for the vague subject but I'm trying to attract the attention of those
running these engines in the hope I can locate two spare connecting rods.
One of my engines has suffered a rod failure and I'd like to replace it.
Rather than ordering one rod I'd prefer two (one as a ...

My Next Kit Build-Up03 Mar 2009 06:40 GMT3
... An Ace Bantam Midget servo, to pair up with the one I built 30 years
ago running the ailerons in a Goldberg Eaglet 50 kit that's Almost Done.
(Yes, I am crazy, no, it won't be nearly as good as a new servo, and yes,
it'll cost more in 'real' terms than waltzing down to the LHS ...
