OS FS-120 Surpass III Pump issues31 Aug 2009 09:49 GMT5
My newish FS-120 surpass III with pump is developing
about 8500 rpm with 16x6 apc 15% wildcat and omega.
Somehow this does not seem right, check the tappets etc and nothing
seems wrong, engine idles and transitions fine.

What is the best way to cut hinge slots?  I've tried using a hobby knife and
the Dubro slotting tools and find that neither does a very good job - the
slots are too tight for the hinges and it is hard to cut them straight into
the wood.  Is there a better way?

Tower doesn't carry or mention a pitts muffler specifically for the Thunder
Tiger Pro 46 but does the Bisson pitts for the OS 46 SF/FX fit?  Thanks.
