Speaking of Scale...30 Apr 2010 18:55 GMT4
Today's Plane-A-Day video is the Stipa-Caproni flying barrel.  I see
that movie, and I'm thinking "RC or CL?, and where do I put the bellcrank?"

I've was on Ebay and was thinking about bidding on a .40-.55

"Intall a CG"?????????16 Apr 2010 09:39 GMT9
I just got around to scanning my April AMA magazine and found
some very curious statements in the "Safety Comes First" article.
The author starts the article talking about a rogue group of
modelers who are building and flying aircraft that have no CG
"Barycenter" was used in a Jeopardy! clue today.13 Apr 2010 14:45 GMT1

Need info on old Midwest "Mach 1" pattern kit13 Apr 2010 13:46 GMT24

panel. Width and hight aren't an issue. I have lots of room to play
Vintage Sterling Mambo - $181.47 US10 Apr 2010 23:47 GMT23
Some things seem to be too good to be true.  I didn't think this
E-Bay listing was worth how much it sold for.  I have the plans
for it, it's a slab sided constant chord wing and stab plane,
easy to scratch build.
Ace Digipace 1 operators manual needed09 Apr 2010 20:45 GMT5
Does anyone have a manual on the Ace R/C Digipace 1 charger? A scan
would be greatly appreciated. This was purchased at a local swap meet
and looks like a pretty decent unit. It has a selectable 50ma/120ma
receiver charge rate, a discharge feature with an LED timer readout,
Servo Cleaning09 Apr 2010 04:41 GMT2
Does anyone else maintain their servos, or am I just weird*?
I just finished cleaning the pots in a couple of servos in my little
much-crashed World Models AT-6.  They work great.  It's been in the
repair shop for about two years now**, but if I can get the engine
