FUN Piccolo any good ?16 Sep 2003 01:50 GMT2
is the Ikarus FUN Piccolo any good ? Apparently the difference between the
"normal" Piccolo and the FUN is that the FUN lacks ball bearings and some
carbon parts. The difference in price is quite significant though. Is the
performance comparable between the two ? I can imagine the ...
Engine Tuning, O-ring failure and other stuff15 Sep 2003 22:24 GMT8
First of all, an apology. My ISP doesn't seem to retain posts for very long,
so whilst I am aware that there was a thread recently on the subject of
static and twitchy tails (silicone spray etc), I can't view it any longer
(unless it's possible to view messages elsewhere on the ...
Sceadu set-up15 Sep 2003 21:05 GMT1
Just trying to get to grips with my sceadu pitch.
So far I have, at max idle-up 2, +12 degrees and -7.  Is this normal / good
enough?  Should I shorten the pitcgh rods to get less + and more -?

which pipe?14 Sep 2003 22:23 GMT2
I have just bought a Sceadu 50 fitted with an OS46.  It has a standard
muffler but I want to fit a decent pipe to get the most urge from it.
Any good / bad choices or should I just buy an Hattori pipe from Revolution?

The Gyro I have a csm 400, after doing some work on the tail  wants to now

Why Aren't My Servos Symmetrical?12 Sep 2003 09:05 GMT3
I'm revisiting the setup of my heli.
I've noticed that both my throttle and pitch servos move asymetrically.
Throttle (Hitec) 52deg/77deg
Pitch (Futaba) 58deg/85deg
Piccolo Pro help12 Sep 2003 01:09 GMT5
I have a Pic Pro which when new, flew adequately.  It has the Picco Board
Pro and Std '410' motor.  I had a heavy crash a few weeks ago and ever
since, it has flown like it's got a 1kg bag of sugar gaffa-taped to it.  At
first you can JUST get it to hover at 3-4 ft but after a ...
