I am selling the needed interface to use your Hitec, Futaba, or Aitronics
radios to fly the free RC simulaor FMS.  If you dont have a simulator yet,
you should definately get one.  I fly mine all the time when I cannot get to
the field.  Basically if you have a radio and a decent ...

A week ago I crashed my Raptor 50 (first heli, first crash, but not the
last).  I bent/broke a few things (normal), and today I cranked it up for
it's first flight after repairs.  Things went well, with the possible

a new set of batteries ( 9.6v 8cell 1700mah) but the tail refuses to
Woof and Poof???28 Oct 2003 18:15 GMT22
I hear the phrase 'woof & poof' tossed around quite a bit. I've only been
flying this one season with 8 gallons thru a venture 30, so I'm still
learning. Could someone please explain to a 45 year old farm boy from Iowa
just exactly what 'woof & poof' is????
2 degrees tilt in hover?28 Oct 2003 18:13 GMT15
I noticed the heli models in Realflight G2 seem to tilt to the right when
you hold them in a perfect hover with no wind.  An experienced RC heli pilot
at the local RC club told me this is realistic as all helis tilt 2 degrees
in hover.  When I asked why, he told me it was due to the ...
screws into plastic28 Oct 2003 10:55 GMT1
I'm building my first heli a Raptor 30, am wondering what are you all using
on screws where they go into plastic - like the two pod halfs.  The
instructions say ca but that seems alittle too 'permanent'??  I imagine I
will be taking it apart throughout its lifetime.
