Mixing Fuel20 Nov 2003 23:19 GMT13
I was told today that if you have any OS engine and run Cool Power of any
nitro % it makes your warranty null and void because of the oil % in the
mix, apparently it has to be over 18% oil, my question is this then.....what
content of oil has cool power, and if you want to increase ...

Building the piccolo20 Nov 2003 20:34 GMT2
To those who have gone before...

and through the hole in the gear alright, and yes, it's free, but it has a
lot of friction.  It wont turn on its own and I cannot see the tiny blades
Turbine Model Helicopters20 Nov 2003 16:14 GMT3
Watched a program on Sky last night about model Jat aircraft (F15, etc).

Gyro Problems in Heading Hold19 Nov 2003 23:33 GMT7
Having a few problems with my gyro (CSM 400) in HH mode, though it seems OK
in "normal" mode.
Basically, in HH mode, the tail twitches constantly from side to side. The
twitch speeds up if I increase the gain and vice versa, but I can't seem to
Advice for newbie19 Nov 2003 21:49 GMT6
I've always wanted to own a r/c helicopter.  I used to live in N
Ireland (where there's loads of open space to fly one), but
unfortunately they were prohibitively expensive then!  Now I live in
London where the open space is much more limited, but can now afford
Vee curve impossible on a Futaba T9VHP?19 Nov 2003 21:27 GMT11
I use a Futaba FP-T9VHP Tx (the predecessor to the 9ZAP) and it has served
me well for many years but I am now at the stage of wanting to develop a few
3D manoeuvres. The snag (which I am sure many will have come across before)
is that it appears to be impossible to program a Vee ...

I have a falcon 46 se with an OS 50, and today I went out and bought a
GV1, they give you two mounts one for a 30 and one for a sixty and
neither of them work. I guess I am going to have to make my own

Auto rotating...how to?18 Nov 2003 22:32 GMT2
So I was hovering about 2 feet off the ground today, and being new at this,
