How do i read the gear ratio, let's say, 9:1:5?  Is that engine:main:tail
revs?

Can anyone direct me to where I can get the best tool for measuring my head
speed?
I have an airplane tach but my buddy wouldn't stand under and hold it 2
inches from the rotor while I hovered.

Do you balance helis the same way you do with planes (with the fuel tank
empty)?  And I'm assuming you balance it from the main shaft?

I have recently got myself a Caliber 30 Heli. I am a complete novice
and have been out a couple of times now just trying to get the thing
