Have a 12V gel battery in the fieldbox, and I am thinking of buying a

Hornet Rotor Head17 Dec 2003 19:59 GMT1
I am building a Hornet Collective pitch version, and am puzzled as what
holds the 3 damping O-rings in place? I was thinking of using a few drops of
cyano.
Does anyone have any experience of them falling out?

Gyro holding16 Dec 2003 18:45 GMT5
When flying fast backwards the csm 420 seems to have a job holding, it works
great flying normally, but when you need it going in reverse it lets me
down, should I have gone for the 560 so I could tinker with the parameters?
Any suggestions to correct it?
Electric Mini Reco16 Dec 2003 01:42 GMT1
I have been flying R/C planes for years, and my better half recently caught

Even though I'm on only my 4'th gallon of fuel in my Caliber 30, I'm playing
around with autorotation. Here is my question. When I had my training gear
on (2 36 inch dowel rods with 4 pretty light wiffle balls), when I went into
throttle hold at several feet above the ground, the ...

Here's a bit of a laff.15 Dec 2003 14:08 GMT5
Just received a servo thru the post from a guy on eBay.  Used 3 times he
said, excellent condition...even got a photo of it on the ebay page.
Anyway, it comes today...all muddy and one of the mounting lugs broken
off...not exactly what I was expecting to say the least.  Not really ...
Micro heli recommendations???15 Dec 2003 14:02 GMT2
I'm been thinking of getting a micro heli as my first heli (I've done
mostly hand launch gliders, battlebots, car, boats, hot air
balloons...) and was wondering is people had any suggestions among the
Piccolo, Hornet and Hummingbird.  The Piccolo seems to have the
