I recently sold all my models & radio gear (big mistake) to do a different hobby but i now regret it badly. I used to really enjoy flying my Xcell pro 2k as this was a cracking machine.

Is anyone aware of an online or download able calculator that will compute the load on things such as the blade holders on our helicopters? I imagine the input numbers would involve radius, RPM and weight of blade. Thanks.

I was checking out the tower hobbies web site and it's showing that the Nexus models are discontinued. What a bummer, are they replacing them with different models or are they getting out of heli's? They didn't even show the tiny ad for the Raptor they usually carry but don't push ...

Just got an Easyfly sim to practice heli flying. I thought this would be a good training aid before I go ahead and trash £500 of kit! Is a model as difficult/impossible to hover without sliding around?

Isn't $60 a good value for a Piccolo? I saw it on EBay and I'm thinking about bidding on it. (It even includes servos, 2 battery packs, and the gyro). Chrismas is coming up and I would love to have a small heli for the back
