Just added the engine to my Raptor 50 (its a V1 by the way, picked up VERY
cheaply unbuilt) and I have found, despite my very careful efforts, two
small aluminium blanks about 1.5cm long, 4mm wide and 2mm thick.  I have no
idea where they are from or what they are for.  They look a ...

A while ago i bought a shuttle plus and was doing quite well for a learner
with the training undercarage on ect and just hopping about.
But then i took my eyes of it for a second and BANG!!!!
it come down with a thump and bits came flying off :(

I stripped the gears on my s9253 servo & have now got another set. Now that
I need to put them in I can'r remember which they came out. If its any use
the black cog is fine. Its 3 white ones I'm puzzling over. A link to a
diagram or description on which goes where would be ...

I have a Hirobo Shuttle Plus and I want to either upgrade my heli or buy a
new one.
Upgrading may cost me more in the end than just buyinh a new one.
Could any please recommend a heli that I will be able to do 3D flying with

I've seen articulated helicopter training fixtures made from aluminum
stock. I'd prefer to use this type of trainer as opposed to the sticks
and whiffle ball type. Am I on the right track, or should I stick with
sticks? Who sells the aluminum type helicopter training fixtures?

I am new to this NG and to RC helicopters

Barron 22 cc petrol,+ large 1/7 scale augusta fibreglass body shell
90% finished. Hiem Mec inc 61 engine (damaged Mec). Morly Maveric and
OS motor,    flown twice. Futaba 7ch heli set +gyro. All this stuff is

I bought myself a Hirobo Shuttle Plus with the OS32 engine and the Sanwa
RD6000 Sport radio a while ago and I would like to know how far I would be
able to take my helicopter and if I would be able to do any 3D flying?
And also I would like to know if there is anything I can upgrade ...

Hmm,  I got Real Flight G2 and installed in my computer.   The question is
how come it takes less than 10 seconds ( or may be 30 seconds) before
crashing this training chopper? Do I have to be more patient or see a doctor
to find out if I have any problems with my finers?

Do not order from these bozos.  They told me everything was in stock, and I
got my order and the invoice says "backorder", and they said the parts
should be in soon.  2 weeks later and they still aren't in.  What kind of
operation is this.

Hmm, looking at one on ebay.  Would this replace an OS 50 ?  Lots cheaper!
Just don't know this engine so  oit sure whether it'd be too wide for, say,
Sceadu or Rappy 50.

I suffered a boom strike this weekend and bent the crap out of my tail
control rod.  Nobody in the States seems to stock the Thunder Tiger
replacement for the 50V2 (PV0392), so I was wondering if anyone knows what
the rod size is for those rods?

Where would be a suitable place on a raptor 50 to put the remote glow
adapter?
