Since I am a "newbie" to R/C helicopters, I've decide to learn
hovering with the Impala trainer in the G2 software. I am finding it
hard to hover in one place. The heli wants to constantly drift forward
and backward, and side to side. Is the Impala a stable model? Does an

About 6 weeks ago i bought a hummingbird, my first model heli, but i
have been flying fixed wing for a number of years.

I've got a moskito basic with a shagged gyro and  I need  a new one. looking
for opinions on basic and not too expensive gyros. the radio I am using now
is a JR PCM9X  and the wifes getting pissed off with the cash outflow.

Just curious what you other guys do with your curves underneath a GV-1.
In the manual it says specifically to run a linear curve? So if you
want to fly without the GV-1(I know you won't but just for arguments
sake)you'll have to put up with a throttle that will not give a good

When the heli lifts of ground, the tail spins 90 deg clockwise.. I use a JR
550 gyro with Futaba 9450 servo. Can anyone help me? I have checked the belt
and the gyro/servo is both going the right direction..
Anyone have a clue??
