Graupner Helimax05 May 2004 09:50 GMT3
Does anyone know where I can find spares for my ancient Helimax 40?
Fuel type05 May 2004 06:55 GMT3
I just brought a Kyosho Concept 46 VR as a first time helicopter and have a
question regarding fuel.
The heli uses the standard OS .46 heli engine and has run 75 tanks - about
20 hours running time.  The previous owner brought fuel mixed by a friend, I
Bell canopy?04 May 2004 21:29 GMT8
I have a Moskito XXL helicopter and would like a different canopy. The only
problem is that I don't like the Vektor and simular canopy from Robbe.
I would like a Longranger, Sikorski, Bell,or simular canopy but none of
then are really made for the Moskito.

Mornin all.
So I was out at the field the other day, was my first time at any
field with a mate of mine from work. As soon as I started up my
chopper, he said, !QUOT!Geez that engines running rough!QUOT!. So I

Well finally finished my Hornet cp03 May 2004 11:11 GMT4
This has taken a good 2 weeks for me to build (don't laugh), and has been a
bit of a steep learning curve for me, but I have finally got the bastard
finished. I have clocked up a good 20 hours on a Sim, and can hold a hover
and maintain forward flight and stop and land in one piece.
WTB - .30 Size Ready to fly - NZ or Australia02 May 2004 23:03 GMT1
As per the subject,
I am wanting to buy a .30 (possibly even up to .60) size heli in the ready
to fly state - Just add fuel!
I would like to buy from within New Zealand, but will consider purchasing
which os-engine 70SZH or 91SXH c-spec ?02 May 2004 19:50 GMT1
I recently "killed" my TT70H engine in my raptor60, and I decided to try a
Os-Max this time.(they are great in my planes)
the price difference for a 70SZH or a 91SX C-Spec is almost the same,and I'm
having trouble to decide.
More newbie questions.......02 May 2004 19:45 GMT1
Err....hello again. I was just wondering, what is the preferred choice of
rotor head for most users? See saw or flapping? and what's the
advantages/disadvantages of both? Also, still being new to this, are r/c
helis only available with 2 rotor blades?? (apart from the chinooks).
Newbie question..02 May 2004 16:26 GMT2
I'm a beginner, and I have a 'SmarTech Aero-Hawk' electric indoor heli. I
have had it for a little week, so I'm not done learning to fly it properly.
I do not have access to large indoor places. With that in mind, here's my
question:
Metal parts....are they available??02 May 2004 10:00 GMT3
Hi all. I am a bit naffed off with some parts of my heli being plastic. Not
so much being plastic bothers me but the bloody price of little plastic
parts. I know plastic parts have the advantage of breaking without affecting
other parts of machinery, but why can some parts not be a ...
No power to rotors01 May 2004 20:08 GMT1
I'm still pretty new and have one of the indoor electric helis (a dragonfly
/ Century Hummingbird)
It's been great fun, but now, when a fully charged battery is attached I
find that the servo's work fine but I cannot get any power to either rotor.
Zoom 40001 May 2004 16:14 GMT2
