Just now learning to hover with the Snelflight Hoverfly.  My only
previous RC experience was about 30 years ago with mostly sailplanes.
First impressions:

I am looking to buy a cheap RC helicopter to start with.
Looking on eBay there are many pretty cheap ones (probably scorned by
serious flyers!).

Will fitting a jetranger or similar body to a t-rex help with orientation at
a distance I have trouble in deciding if its flying towards me or away or

i tried to strap a second battery to the bottom but it was a struggle to lift
horizon hobby has more stuff than you caan imagine
