First Day Was Brutal13 Dec 2006 20:16 GMT6
I bought a Walkera #60 a few weeks ago at Dymond Motorsports in San
Diego. The speed controller was bad out of the box, so I had to return
it (thanks Nigel for the suggestion). They were very helpful and
installed a new controller. The technician tested it out and trimmed it
T-Rex SE blade grip to tight12 Dec 2006 23:30 GMT30
My blades will not move at all in the grips. I have yet to try a
different set but still, what should I do? Can I force them appart
witouth risk of breaking them? Should I file them?
Thank you,
Hirobo XRB12 Dec 2006 19:16 GMT7
After a few years of flying fixed wing I've just bought a Hirobo XRB indoor
electric helicopter.  The heli seems to be trimmed well and it can hover by
itself without stick input for some seconds.  However, when I push the stick
forward to fly forward the heli doesn't fly ...
Anybody have a Venon night ranger 3dxl?11 Dec 2006 01:43 GMT3
Just checked out one at my local shop. It seems to be of fairly rugged
construction compared to my Venom Ocean Rescue. Please give me your opinion.
This would be my next purchase the  Ocean Rescue being my first heli and too
fragile for me.

I just bought a Walkera 60 collective pitch, belt drive. Everything
seems to be working properly but the main rotor blade will not spin.
When I throttle up, it sort of flicks and then spins one or two
rotations and that's it. I'm new to non-toy helicopters, so I'm trying
Lipo's for a T-Rex 450XL from ebay?07 Dec 2006 23:14 GMT15
Anybody brought any LiPo's for a t-rex from Ebay if so any good? any
recommendations? or any to stay clear of I don't do much for than gentle
flying and I don't really want to spend £50 for one if a cheaper set
will do the job

how  a gyro works07 Dec 2006 22:26 GMT1
I am new to this newsgroup.  Will any  one tell how a gyro works in
a rc helicopter.  What is inside a gyro. Has any one built a rc gyro
from off the sheel components? I want lot of illustration about gyros
and their working.
BladeCX low flight times?05 Dec 2006 05:32 GMT6
I have a BladeCX that can't seems to maintain flight times longer than
2-3 minutes. I even purchased a brand new battery pack just in case my
older packs had gone bad. The red light start blinking around 2 minutes
and is solid-on by 3 minutes. Can't find any parts rubbing, and
